Rates and Polices

Rates:

Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights) Weekday (Monday through Thursday nights) Daytime only (rate per day for house use)	$50 per person per night* $40 per person per night* $60 - whole day* $40 - half day*
	*plus taxes

Minimums:

Six person minimum

Two night minimum

Deposit:

Advance deposit of one night's stay per person is required to secure reservation.
Balance is due upon arrival

Cancellations:

Full refund less a $25.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations received at least 30 days prior to reservation date.

Payment:

Payment is by check, money order or MasterCard or Visa

Hours:

Check in time: 10 a.m. or after.

Check out time: by 6 p.m.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed unless used to render services or aid.

Smoking:

Smoking is permitted outdoors in the designated areas only.

Parking:

Please park in the parking area next to Le Retreat House. There is no parking on the street. The parking lot to the east of Le Retreat House belongs to the First United Methodist Church.
